Lucy is the smallest of the female ShihTzus, a petite girl that is just a fabulous little dog. She too has been to the salon and has a nice clean cut. She came from a very neglectful home that did not abuse her but did not look after her. Smaller than LaLa and LuLu (her sisters), but big personality. She will be a delightful lifetime companion for a little girl that wants to play dress up. Who am I kidding there are adults that love to dress up their doggies and she was born for it.
