This is one wonderful dog; George came to the shelter with intentional burns. They were mostly on his back. How painful this must have been for him. George bears the scars of his abuse but he holds no grudges. A more loving dog could not be found. He enjoys children, other dogs and humans of all shapes and sizes. We adopted George out to a family last year; he spent six wonderful months with them.

Sadly this family is going through difficult times; the mom and children are looking for another place to live. It was uncertain that she could afford to keep George or find an apartment. This was a difficult choice for the family; George was well loved. We thank them for bringing him back to us and have promised them we will find him a forever home. George is a great size at 65 pounds, a well-mannered and gentle doge that loves children.
