Walter requires a special home for his special needs. We have run many tests and done many xrays and just cannot figure why, but Walter is slightly incontinent. He is not an old dog, so it is not age related. He just cannot always control himself. If you think you would like to offer this very nice boy a home where he can wear doggy diapers, please give us a call to meet Walter.
